Located in Frederick, Maryland, the newly reconstructed Culler Lake is less than an hour's drive to Baltimore and Washington D.C.

There are many airfields around and a few international airports. Within a 50 minute drive, Dulles International Airport and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport can be reached. For urgent care, Frederick Health is only four minutes away, open 24 hours.

Snacks and groceries can be found at a Walmart SuperCenter, eight minutes away. Many highly rated restaurants are nearby, such as The Wine Kitchen on the Creek and Black Hog BBQ.

Lake Life

Stretching only three acres, Culler Lake is a serene, city-managed lake. It is a fantastic place to sit and enjoy nature while watching the many ducks and geese that call this lake home. There is also a half-mile walking path that wraps around, perfect for an evening stroll.

On account of its size, swimming is not allowed. The same goes for any type of boat or watercraft. Although, anglers will be pleased to know that fishing is fantastic. Fish that can be found here are bass, bluegill, and goldfish.
